Is a Google Business Profile free?
Yes. Google doesn't charge for the profile itself. You pay us for the time and expertise to set it up, verify it, and keep it working, which most owners don't have time for.
Are you Google?
No. Business Services is an independent service from AllStar Advisory. We're not affiliated with, endorsed by, or partnered with Google. We work inside your profile with access you grant, and you can remove that access at any time.
Do I need a storefront?
No. Service-area businesses that travel to customers, like plumbers, cleaners, and mobile detailers, can have a profile that shows a service area instead of an address. We'll set it up the way Google's rules require for your type of business.
How long does verification take?
Many businesses verify within a few days. Some are asked for a video check or a postcard, which can take longer. Google decides the method and the timing; we get everything ready so it goes through the first time.
Can you guarantee I'll rank first?
No, and be wary of anyone who says they can. Rankings depend on distance, relevance, and prominence, and Google controls all three. What we can guarantee is a complete, accurate, active profile, which is what Google rewards.
Who owns the profile?
You do, always. We work as a manager on your account. If you ever leave, nothing changes on your profile except that our access is removed.
My profile got suspended. Can you help?
